Our story
Bradley & Murch Building are a family run Southland Business, formed in 2016 by good mates Marcus Bradley and Lukus Murch. Our skilled team specialise in high end new builds and renovations in the Southland area. Directors, Marcus and Lukus have combined experience of over 30 years in the construction industry, both in New Zealand and the UK.
We focus on producing exceptional outcomes for our clients and guarantee quality workmanship that meet our high personal standards.
Our philosophy centres around working closely with you from project conception to completion and aiming to exceed your expectations every time. We know the importance of working cohesively with architects, designers and sub-contractors to ensure that our clients enjoy the best service, rates and timely project completion. Communication is high on our priority list and want our clients to feel informed and confident throughout the process.

The team
Bradley & Murch Building is family run with Grace and Charlotte completing the administration work. With two children each that completes our Bradley & Murch Building family. We formed the business to build a future for our families to grow personally and professionally.
Registered Master Builders:
Bradley & Murch Building joined the coveted Registered Master Builders in 2018. With this, our clients have access to the 10 year Master Builders guarantee for all the work completed by us. Having this membership also holds us accountable to meet not only our high standards but Master Builders also.
Licensed Building Practitioners:
Marcus and Lukus are Licensed Building Practitioners and are trade qualified builders. Therefore, we build to NZ standards and have been assessed and deemed competent to complete building work.
Site Safety:
We are members of Hazard Co who specialise in Health and Safety in construction. Where applicable, we will arrange a Site Specific Safety Plan for your project and adhere to the identified hazards, risks and safety measures put in place. Health and Safety of our staff, clients and subcontractors is of utmost importance to us.
